How do I choose a size?
Each product page lists available sizes and materials. Contact Val with the product name if you want personal fit guidance.
Do you offer shipping?
Orders are shipped. Shipping availability and pricing are confirmed at checkout. Local pickup is not available.
What is the exchange policy?
Eligible unworn items with original tags may be exchanged within 14 days. Contact Val before sending anything back.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Checkout is completed on Stripe’s secure website. Chic by Val does not see or store your full card information.
